Sửa lỗi CredSSP (An authentication error has occurred) khi RDP vào VPS

Lỗi "An authentication error has occurred. The function requested is not supported... CredSSP" là một lỗi vô cùng phổ biến khi bạn kết nối Remote Desktop vào VPS. Nguyên nhân là do bản cập nhật bảo mật của Windows máy cá nhân không đồng bộ phiên bản CredSSP với VPS.

Cách 1: Khắc phục qua Command Prompt (Nhanh nhất - 10 giây)

Đây là cách đơn giản nhất mà ai cũng có thể làm được:

1. Mở ô tìm kiếm trên Windows máy tính của bạn, gõ cmd.
2. Nhấp chuột phải vào Command Prompt chọn Run as administrator.
3. Copy đoạn lệnh sau paste vào cửa sổ CMD rồi nhấn Enter:

reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters" /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f

Sau khi lệnh báo The operation completed successfully, bạn hãy mở lại Remote Desktop và kết nối lại VPS ngay!

Cách 2: Khắc phục qua Local Group Policy Editor (Windows Pro/Enterprise)

1. Nhấn tổ hợp phím Windows + R, gõ gpedit.msc rồi nhấn Enter.
2. Tìm theo đường dẫn sau ở cột bên trái:
   Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Credentials Delegation
3. Ở khung bên phải, tìm và nhấp đúp chuột vào mục Encryption Oracle Remediation.
4. Chọn chuyển sang Enabled.
5. Tại ô Protection Level bên dưới, chọn Vulnerable.
6. Bấm Apply -> OK.
